Contract options for business travel
We offer a great alternative to staying in a hotel while traveling for business. Accommodations are available in a variety of options, from small, cosy Cottages to modern Villas with saunas. We offer two different pricing options for companies’ business travel needs:
- Percentage discount, which is a fantastic option for occasional business travel during weekdays. When you have accumulated at least 15 accommodation days, you can opt for an annual contract.
- The annual contract guarantees fixed pricing for accommodations throughout the year, regardless of the season. The contract is only available through a minimum 15 accommodation days per annum. The annual contract will be automatically continued the next year if the minimum accommodation limit has been met or exceeded during the past year. If the accommodation days have not met the limit, more accommodation days can be accrued by using the percentage discount.
Percentage discount and contract pricing is available for weekday stays and when the stay is extended over the weekend (with the reservation starting on Sun. – Thurs.) Business travel pricing is not available for leisure travel. The annual contract pricing will always be checked at the end of each year before another contractual period commences.

All accommodations always include bedsheets, towels, and cleaning at the end of your stay. If you’d like a cleaning service for your accommodations before you leave, it’s available for an additional fee during weekdays. Free parking for one car near the accommodation (with plug-in heating available for the vehicle). You can charge your electric car at the official e-car charging station.

POIJU VILLA / 54 m² / 4 person:
2 x 2 person bedrooms
VILLA KIPPARI (1 unit) / 92 m² / 6 person:
3 x 2 person bedrooms
VILLA FÖRSTI & VILLA SEILORI / 108 m² / 8 person: Both have 4 x 2 person bedrooms
All Villas have a shower, a sauna, 2x toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker with a permanent filter, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven, a cooker with an oven, refrigerator/freezer.)
Pets are welcome in some of the Soolo accommodations. Pet fee €20/day (max €100/stay in total).
Holiday Cottages
STUDIO HOLIDAY COTTAGE / 23 m² / 3 person: two beds in the combined kitchen and living room, as well as one bed in the loft.
1 BEDROOM HOLIDAY COTTAGE / 33 m² / 3 person:
The separate bedroom has two beds and one bed and two mattresses can be found up in the loft.
All of the Cottages feature a well equipped kitchen, a shower, a toilet, and a kitchen (tableware, cooking utensils, a cooker with an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher).
Pet fee 10 € /day (max 50 € /stay in total).
Seasonal Pitches
In addition to traditional accommodations, there are seasonal pitches available in the caravan sites.
Seasonal pitches can be reserved from autumn until spring. In addition to the fixed seasonal pitch fee, the only running fees are from potential electricity usage.
Extra services
Do you need a venue for a meeting?
Combine accommodations with your meeting. Meriholsti conference facilities can be booked for both daytime and evening use. Meriholsti also has two spacious saunas in addition to the conference facilities.
Restaurants
Nallikari’s high-quality restaurants are perfect for enjoying and experiencing delicious flavours by the sea.
Cleaning service and laundry room
These additional services create comfort for long-term stays. An additional cleaning service during your stay can be booked for an additional fee for weekdays. If you wish to do laundry, you can use the laundry rooms in the service buildings throughout the area.
Electric car charging station
Nallikari Holiday Village’s guests can make use of the four-car charging station for electric vehicles, situated at the back of the area.
