The Villas are modern apartments built in the archipelago style with a sauna and 2–4 bedrooms.
The Holiday Village area features 24 modern Villas available for year-round use, most of which are the Poiju Villas for 4+2 people. All of our Villas are situated so that you can enjoy daylight and sunshine on the patio all year-round. Our Villas are modern accommodations built in the archipelago style. The large windows bring the beauty of nature indoors!
All Villas include a kitchen, a dining area, a sauna, at min. two bedrooms, a spacious combined kitchen and living room, a fireplace, and a big terrace. Both Villa Försti and Villa Seilori have two six-persons apartments with interconnecting door to accommodate up to 8+4 people. Villas A22, A23 and A24 are accessible.
The Villas have a 2 night minimum stay during the weekends. The age limit for making reservations is 22 years.
The check in starts at 3 PM and check out is by 11 AM. Pets are welcome at some of the Poiju Villa Soolo apartments. The pet fee is 20 € /day for the first five nights (max. 100 € /stay).

Frequently Asked Questions
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included for villa guests. It can be bought at reception for €16.50 (adults) and €8 (children under 12).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in for the villas is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Outside the summer season (June 1st – August 31st), you may inquire about early check-in at the earliest on the day before arrival, and late check-out on the day before departure. The price for this service is €10/hour.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is included in the price. We kindly ask you to take out the trash and start the dishwasher before you leave. You can leave the dishwasher running when you depart.
Can I cancel or change my reservation free of charge?
According to our standard cancellation policy, reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge at the latest three days before arrival. During the summer season (June 1st – August 31st), the reservation must be cancelled or changed at least seven days prior to arrival.
Do the villas have air conditioning?
All villas are equipped with an air source heat pump for both cooling and heating.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in a minimum charge of €200. Please use the ashtrays provided on the terrace and near the entrance.
Are there any spices or dry goods in the villas?
The welcome pack in the villas includes coffee, tea, powdered milk, pepper, and salt.
Are there bathrobes in the villas?
Bathrobes are available for guests only in Villa Kippari.
Is pets allowed?
Some PoijuVilla Solo villas permit pets; please check availability when booking.
Are firewood included in the price?
A starter supply of firewood is included in the villa. Additional firewood can be bought from the reception for €5 per set.
Is there sauna in the villas?
Each villa is equipped with a private sauna.
Is parking included in the price?
Free parking is included for all guests. Villa parking is available right next to the unit.
