CAMPAIGN TERMS

• Pre-booking campaign is for Cottages, Poiju Villas, and Hiekka and Kuura apartments. Discount not applied for possible extra services.
• Booking fee is to be paid within 24h after the payment link has been sent. If the payment has not been made, the booking will be cancelled and the accommodation released back for sale.
• The booking fee will be deducted from the total and the final payment will be paid upon arrival. Booking fee is non-refundable in case of changes or cancellation and it cannot be used for bookings after January 2026 15th. We recommend getting a travel insurance in case of possible changes to travel plans.
• Campaign valid November 10^th – December 14^th 2025. Bookable period December 15^th – January 7^th. Valid only for new bookings. Discount not applied for bookings made via third party. Limited number of accommodation with the discount rate.
• Please check the booking terms in advance.

Modification & cancellation terms related to the campaign:

• Modification / cancellation right according to our normal booking terms. Booking fee is non-refundable.
• The days can be modified in the period December 15^th – January 15^th. If the booking period is changed and the campaign is not valid anymore or the booking is for less than 2 or 3 nights, the rate will be changed to the daily rate valid at that time. The booking does not qualify for the same discount anymore as originally, but the booking fee will be noted.
• If the dates are modified according to the given terms and
• rebooked with higher price, the difference will be paid separately.
• re-booked with lower price, the rate difference will not be imbursed.
