What time is check-in and check-out?
Outside the summer season (1.6-31.8) early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee of €10/hour. Please confirm early check-in with reception at the earliest on the day before arrival, and late check-out on the day before departure.
Is breakfast included in the price?
At Aalto Apartments, breakfast is included for the number of guests in the reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in Aalto apartments. Pet-friendly accommodation options include the cottages and some of the villas.
Do the apartments have a fridge or a freezer?
Each apartment is equipped with a private fridge; please note there is no freezer in the rooms. A communal freezer and an iron are located in the Ruori service building.
What are the differences between the room categories?
Hiekka apartments offer standard amenities. Aava and Kuura apartments include a private sauna, and the Aava Superior+ and Kuura Lux categories also feature a jacuzzi.
Is smoking allowed in a balcony?
Smoking on the balconies is strictly prohibited. Smoking will result in a minimum cleaning fee of €200. Should the smoking cause a fire alarm, a minimum charge of €700 will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?
The apartment can be cancelled free of charge at the latest three days before arrival. During the summer season (June 1st – August 31st), the cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
I would like to surprise my partner with a bottle of sparkling wine. How can I arrange this?
Please note that Nallikari Holiday Village is not licensed to serve alcohol. Therefore, any alcoholic beverages (such as sparkling wine) must be ordered through Restaurant Bistoria Patio.
