Villa Kippari is the largest single Villa at 92 m² and space for 6+2 people. Villa Kippari is situated closest to the waterfront.

This pet-free and accessible Villa has a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sauna, two toilets, three bedrooms with separate beds, a fireplace, and a large terrace. Free parking is available for two cars in front of the Villa. You can charge your electric car at the official e-car charging station.
The spacious combined kitchen and living room is also perfect for celebrations, meetings and gatherings (max. 15 people). You can find the floorplan to Villa Kippari here.

Additional services
- A travel bed (ages 0–2) and a high chair can be booked in advance. The travel bed costs 15 € /stay and the high chair 10 € /stay.
- Beach towels are available for rent or purchase at the reception. Rental fee is 5 € per stay, and the purchase price is 20 €.
- Early check-in (starting at 9 AM) and late check-out (2 PM at the latest) are available, depending on the reservations, for 10 € /h. You can enquire about the possibility for an early check-in or check-out from the reception on the day before you are to arrive or leave. PLEASE NOTE: Early check-in and check-out are not possible from June to August.
Villa Kippari has a two night min. stay during the weekends. The age limit for making reservations is 22 years. The check in begins at 3 PM and check out is by 11 AM. Villa Kippari is pet-free.
Frequently asked questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Subject to availability, you may request an early check-in or a late check-out at the reception on the day before your arrival or departure. The fee for this service is €10 per hour.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price. We kindly ask you to take out the trash and place all dishes in the dishwasher before your departure. You may leave the dishwasher running.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the Villa Kippari rate. It can be purchased separately at the reception for €16.50 per adult and €8 per child under 12 years old.
Are pets allowed?
Villa Kippari is allergy-friendly. Pets are allowed in selected PoijuVilla Soolo units for an additional fee.
Can I rent a mobile hot tub for the villa?
Villa Kippari is the only unit where bringing a mobile hot tub to the backyard is permitted. Guests are responsible for ordering the hot tub from their preferred provider.
