Booking and cancellation terms:
BOOKING TERMS:
The early booking offer applies to Holiday Cottages, Poiju Villas, and Aalto Hotel’s Hiekka Standard and Kuura Superior apartments. The discount does not apply to any additional services booked with the accommodation.
A 30% booking fee must be paid via a payment link within 24 hours of making the reservation. If the payment is not completed within this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the accommodation will be released back for sale.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival, with the booking fee deducted from the total. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or changes, and it cannot be transferred for use after the campaign period (June 1 – August 31, 2025). We recommend travel insurance to cover any possible changes in your travel plans.
The offer is available for bookings made between April 28 and May 19, 2025, and applies to new, direct bookings for stays between June 1 and August 31, 2025. The offer is not valid for reservations made through third-party platforms. A limited number of accommodations are available at the discounted price.
MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Modifications and cancellations follow our standard booking terms. After the cancellation period, the prepaid booking fee will be retained as compensation.
• Stay dates can be changed within June 1 – August 31, 2025. If the booking is modified after the campaign’s booking period has ended or the new stay is less than 5 nights, the price will be adjusted to the current daily rate, and the original discount will no longer apply. The booking fee will still be applied to the new total.
If dates are modified under these conditions:
• If the new period is more expensive, the difference will be paid separately.
• If the new period is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.
