Baltic Snow Call

International snow sculpting contest Baltic Snow Call!

Baltic Snow Call was first held in 2018 when 10 internationally renown snow sculpting teams competed for gold and glory for the first in Nallikari. This unique to Finland winter event received widespread interest and publicity from both within Finland as well as abroad. The successful 2018 event kick-started the next event and therefore Baltic Snow Call is coming back to Nallikari in 2019!

The championship will be decided 20.-24.2019 in Nallikari

Baltic Snow Call will be held 20.-24.2.2019. The contest is located in the beautiful Hietasaari-island in Oulu, right by Nallikari Holiday Village and Nallikari Winter Village. The event area is free to enter and the sculpting process is really a sight to witness. The teams have a total of 40 hours spread out during the contest to mold the huge cube of snow into a world-class piece of snow art. The event will come to a close with a final celebration and award ceremony. The sculpture park will be open for all visitors free of charge until the spring sun claims the sculptures back to nature.
